Designed for new energy battery cell interconnection, this busbar features a multi-layer copper foil structure for excellent electrical conductivity and thermal performance. An integrated PVC dip-coated insulation layer with precision punching ensures a smooth surface, reliable insulation, and strong mechanical integrity. In-house tooling development enables full customization.
Flexible copper connectors are engineered for electrical interconnection in power battery modules and energy storage systems. Manufactured from high-purity T2 copper (≥98% IACS) with a multi-layer laminated foil structure, the flexible busbar delivers ultra-low DC resistance and high current-carrying capacity. Its flexible design effectively absorbs mechanical stress caused by vibration, thermal cycling, and electrodynamic forces, ensuring long-term connection reliability throughout the battery pack lifecycle.
Protected by PVC dip-coated insulation with excellent thermal and dielectric strength, it is an ideal interconnection solution for high-energy-density, safety-critical battery systems.
